It starts with a free roofing inspection: photos of everything we find and the price in writing before any work starts. No obligation.

Sound familiar?

Water that is in the attic today is in the drywall by next month. The repair that costs hundreds now costs thousands once the deck is soft.

  • A stain that keeps growing

The ceiling mark was the size of a coin in spring. It is the size of a plate now, and the rain is not finished.

  • The storm took shingles

Pieces of your roof are in the yard and you are not sure what is left up there.

  • Your roof is 20+ years old

Curling, bald spots, granules in the gutter. It is doing its job on borrowed time.

  • Three calls, one callback

You left messages with three roofers and one got back to you, a week later, with a number scribbled on a card.

  • Guessing who is honest

It should not take a week of research to find out whether you need a repair or a whole new roof.

A stain on the ceiling shouldn't keep you up at night

Maybe it's a drip after the last storm, a few shingles in the yard, or a roof you know is getting old. Either way, you want to know how bad it really is, and you want someone who'll tell you straight. That's the whole job: we get up there, show you what we found, and give you an honest answer.

  • Guaranteed work

Every job is backed in writing. If something we did isn't right, we come back and make it right.

  • 25 years in business

A local company that has been fixing roofs here for 25 years — and will still be here when you call.

  • All in-house crews

Our own trained crews do the work, start to finish. No subcontractors you've never met.

Three steps to a dry, quiet house

  1. Tell us what you're seeing

Call or send the form. It takes two minutes.

  2. Get a written quote

We walk the roof, photograph what we find, and put the price in writing.

  3. Stop thinking about it

Dated start and finish, a magnetic nail sweep, and a clean yard.

Tell us about the job

Answer a few quick questions and we will call you back. If it cannot wait, call (423) 834-1969.

Questions

Straight answers

How much does a new roof cost?

It depends on the size, pitch and material, which is why we will not quote a number over the phone. The inspection and the written estimate are free, and the estimate is the price.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roofs are a one- or two-day job. We give you both dates up front and tell you immediately if weather moves them.

Do you work with insurance?

Yes. We document the damage the way an adjuster needs to see it and meet them on site, at no extra cost to you.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed, bonded and insured. We are happy to send certificates before any work begins.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We can walk you through financing options when we give you the written estimate, so you can compare the monthly cost with paying up front.

What warranty do I get?

Every job comes with our workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. We put both in writing with your estimate, so you know what is covered before you sign.

Do I need to be home during the work?

No. We need access to the outside of the house and a power outlet. We walk the job with you before we start and again when we finish, at a time that suits you.

Will you clean up after the job?

Yes. We haul away every piece of the old roof and run a magnetic sweep over the yard and driveway for nails before we leave.

Where this ends

A roof you stop thinking about

No bucket in the hallway, no checking the ceiling after every storm. Just a house that stays dry and a warranty that is worth something.
